1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BioCanvas Studio (the "Service") at biocanvasstudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & License

BioCanvas Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to create, edit, and export scientific figures and graphical abstracts.

• Your Work: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the scientific diagrams, figures, and data visualizations you create.
• Publication Rights: Pro Plan subscribers receive full commercial and academic publication rights (suitable for submission to Nature, Science, Cell, Elsevier, Wiley, etc.) without watermarks.
• Asset Protection: You may not extract raw vector assets in bulk for redistribution as a standalone icon library or competing tool.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). All digital purchases are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

BioCanvas Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall BioCanvas Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
