Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets, vector illustrations, and cloud software functionality, BioCanvas Studio enforces a strict No Refund Policy for digital goods once access is granted.

1. Digital Products and Immediate Access

BioCanvas Studio provides a cloud-based and desktop scientific diagramming SaaS application, biological vector graphics, and 300–1200 DPI publication export tools. When you subscribe to a paid plan (such as the Pro Plan at ₹999/month or $14/month), access to our digital catalog, proprietary assets, and export engines is provisioned instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because digital access, downloadable vector components, and high-resolution export files are consumable immediately upon purchase, all sales, subscription charges, and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable.

We do not issue partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused billing periods once payment is completed.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with zero cancellation fees:

To cancel, log into your BioCanvas Studio account or manage your subscription directly from your billing receipt / account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.

4. Billing Inquiries & Support

If you experience an accidental duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction, please notify our support engineering team within 48 hours at support@biocanvasstudio.com with your transaction ID / payment receipt for immediate review.
